Ainul holds Master in Economics from Vrije University, Amsterdam, the Netherlands. He is a quantitative researcher and lecturer with subject of mathematics for economics, microeconomics theory, and econometrics at Faculty of Economics Universitas Indonesia. He was a researcher at institute for economic and social research, FEUI (LPEM-FEUI). His research interest is the area of development, investment, trade and logistics, SMEs, and micro level survey.

Exposure in Global Companies with various important positions, started as Management Trainee, Retail Sales Manager, Key Account Manager, Trade Marketing Manager with double role as Project Manager for New Product Development, and a Business Development Lead at the biggest technology company in the world.
A Ph.D (Marketing) graduate from Monash University, Australia and a holder of MCom and a BCom (Hons) from University of Fort Hare, South Africa. Currently, he is a Lecturer in the Department of Marketing, Tourism and Social Impact at Swinburne University of Technology, Australia. Munyar is a dynamic and vibrant researcher, with over 7 years’ experience and extensive knowledge in areas such as business-to-business (B2B) marketing, brand management, small business branding, relationship marketing, retailing, franchising/microfranchising, services marketing and entrepreneurial marketing in emerging markets.
A Ph.D in Political and Social Inquiry from Monash University, Australia. He is currently a Lecturer in Faculty of Communication at Universitas Padjajaran, Indonesia. His research interest includes media studies and consumer culture. He often uses qualitative research method.
